Josh Farmer, a junior at UC Irvine, finished second in his group of the men's decathlon with 7,588 points at the Bryan Clay Invitational at Cougar Stadium at Azusa Pacific University. It was the second time Farmer surpassed 7,500 points at Azusa Pacific, including 7,648 points last year.
